Jay Cohlmia joined the Retail Group at Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort as a sales associate in 2016. Since joining Newmark, he has been involved in over $100 million in real estate transactions. He previously assisted the company’s retail and multifamily groups with market research. Mr. Cohlmia and the Retail Group specialize in investment sales, tenant representation, and project leasing throughout the Oklahoma market.

Mr. Cohlmia is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
