Michael Rapella joined the Retail Group of Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort in 2017. Previously, he spent seven years at Zerby Interests, an Oklahoma based development company, where he acquired expert knowledge in developing, leasing, site selection, financing, design, construction and property management while overseeing in excess of four million square feet in their retail portfolio. At Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort, Mr. Rapella and the Retail Group specialize in investment sales, tenant representation, and project leasing throughout the Oklahoma market.
