Memorial Corridor Snapshot

Since the construction of Quail Springs Mall in the early 1980's, the Memorial Road corridor has transformed from prairie land into a vibrant strip that includes retail, office, multifamily, hotels and specialty entertainment tenants. The areas and outparcels going east and west from the mall have filled with local, regional and national tenants, such as P.F. Chang's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Main Event Entertainment, and Best Buy.

Western Avenue Snapshot

Western Avenue is one of five Business Improvement Districts in Oklahoma City. Running from NW 36th Street to Wilshire Boulevard, property owners work with the City to maintain and promote the commercial district. It is managed by the Western Avenue Merchants Association, and includes a diverse mix of local and national concepts, a major employer and a private high school. The historic Will Rogers Theatre is the crown jewel, including the Lobby Café & Bar, an event space, The Tasting Room and Sushi Neko.

Belle Isle Snapshot

The Belle Isle corridor includes a wide range of local and national retailers, all within close proximity to major employers and high-income neighborhoods. An exciting new development has been proposed at the southwest corner of Penn and NW Expressway. Tulsa-based Veritas Development plans to have that corner rezoned, and then construct a project that includes several five-story buildings with retail and restaurants on the first floor, and apartments and office space on the upper floors.

Norman Trade Area Snapshot

Norman may best be known as the home of the University of Oklahoma, but it is far from a sleepy college town. The city has a bustling revitalized downtown, historic Campus Corner, and an expansive system of healthcare facilities. The large-scale University Town Center includes a mix of local and national retailers, a hotel and convention center, and the 303-unit Terra at University North Park apartments. The Interstate 35 corridor also is lined with nameplate retailers, auto dealerships and other amenities. Norman also boasts a low cost of living in a family-friendly town with festivals and events for the family year-round.
