Collier Imgrund joined the Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort Industrial Team in 2016. He interned for the company in 2014 while pursuing his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, Mr. Imgrund worked from Dallas, Texas on several investment sale transactions across the United States and assisted in assembling a portfolio consisting of 14 properties with an aggregate value that exceeded $35 million.
Mr. Imgrund’s knowledge of industrial sales and leasing, land sales and acquisitions, as well as capital markets, allows him to offer his clients exceedingly professional service.
